Still on a hiatus
C’est la vie:
I’m still on a hiatus though I’m blogging.
It’s just my futile attempt to keep this blog alive.

Anyway, I had learnt lots of interesting stuff today.
I swear they are.

1ST Butterfly was initially flutterby; just that people can’t pronounce it therefore it’s changed to butterfly.
2nd Rousseau is actually a composer in the classical period. I swear this guy’s my fav author cum philosopher. Do get his books when you guys are free. It’s damn interesting, kept me occupied till 2a.m on my insomnia days.

This reminds me. My insomnia is getting quite out of hand recently and I didn’t even take naps in the afternoon. Oh gosh must be thinking too much of tests. The tormenting season = mugging season is really approaching, but not here as yet. So I shall just enjoy before it really ends.

Was rummaging through my drawer and happened to have a glance at the DHS 2005 link thingy and started staring at Mr. Kiw’s photo. Those memories of him, the dread and the respect I held for him. Those two contradictory ideas all lumped into one. It’s really amazing how strong his influence on a dunmanian is. At least I won’t forget how he used to catch my class for numerous petty stuff and things the like. Not forgetting the 100m sprint at the sight of him. Hahas, guess that’s how dunmanians train for NAPFA. But it’s also probably because of him that most of the Sec 3 / 4s this year still look so guai. (hints)

Anyway, things happened day in and day out. There’s math test tomorrow.

Why the hell can I do things prim and proper, yet under stress (especially time constraint) my whole brain just go haywire? The whole brain is like this blank sheet of paper. Just like when I present. There’s totally nothing inside and I can do all sorts of crap.

I’m feeling the effervescence of blood.

And why the hell can’t I get the rhythms right? Again under stress everything just go haywire. I cannot get the rhythm at all, I hear nothing, not even my own playing. The metronome can continue sounding and I’ll just be numb to it.

Gosh, this is just how high my stress tolerance level can get.

Bad things aside. Concert today. Haha! GO MR SEOW! GO MUFENG! GO PIANO ENSEMBLE! You guys rocked the house down! Anyway, the playing was really wonderful, despite one or two slips here and there and the pestilential ringing of the bells. Wish you guys can soon bring the concert to a greater height (if you guys don’t get me greater heights = esplanade). Just joking, not to give you guys stress. Jiayou!

Off to mug for tml.
Sigh, the oh so hectic mugging season is here.
Hear its bells ringing.
Ps. [By the way, I seriously dread my alarm clock till the stage that I’m really terrified once I heard it ring, even (accidentally) on a Saturday.]
