很多时候,我们心里会不舒服是因为放不下,看不开.有过了然后失去是最痛苦的一件是. 但有时侯我们并不是不舍得那样东西,其实有或没有,未必有很大的影响,只是习惯有了,不想没有,这样而已.

只是习惯而已,只要克服了心理上过不了的自己那一关,就会舒服许多...

....享福惯了,偶尔得面对一些意外,受一点心理上的苦,才不会认为我们现在的都是理所当然的....
